It was so fun being a part of David and Shayla’s big day! They were really fun to work with and in love! I loved how David brightened when he saw Shayla at the first look. The location was GORGEOUS! Everything from the bright green grass to the white apple blossoms proclaimed spring was there. It was a great opportunity to show plants that were alive, mimicking and foreshadowing David and Shayla’s relationship.

The smiles were warm, the tears from happiness, and the laughter contagious. The location was prepared, the details in place, but the love that surrounded the place was what made it spectacular. A wonderful day for a very in love couple! Thank you so much for including us in your special day!

We felt so blessed being a part of Ian and Cindy’s big day! Some of my favorite parts of their day: I loved the way Ian came to altar: very manly! Cindy was amazing the entire day! Her parasol, rings, dress, hair, and makeup served to enhance her beauty to a pinnacle so high that I’m surprised Ian didn’t faint from joy when he saw her. Charley, Their dog, was adorable, and was always by Cindy’s Side. The location was breathtaking as well. Majestic Ten Arrows Ranch, At the feet of the Swan Mountains, made me feel like I was in a fairytale! It was a wonderful day! Thank you Ian and Cindy, for including us in your special day and letting us capture your day so it would last forever.

We loved being a part of Tarah and Terran’s Wedding Day. Their location was amazing, their décor was beautiful, and they were a blast to work with!
In this video, we don’t get to see Tara’s face until the big “First Look” when Terran sees her as well. We noticed how nervous Terran was before Tarah walked down the aisle, but loved seeing peace wash over him as he saw her approaching. This was not just a wedding, but a party, celebrating the love of Tarah and Terran. Thank you Tarah and Terran for including us in your day!

We had a blast at Will And Katie’s big day. Will and Katie were loved deeply by everyone there. Every decoration was in place, and when the people arrived, it became a party to remember! The theme was cowboy and I loved every tip of the hat to the theme: from everyone wearing cowboy boots, to walking into the reception with cap revolvers! Thank you Will and Katie for including us in your wonderful day!

This wedding Highlight Reel turned out great!
A few of my favorite parts are:
When the mother of the bride is looking at the wedding dress. It seems so serious that I read that shot as her contemplating more than just seeing that the dress is ready, but thinking about the bride’s big day and everything leading up to it.

The white flower bouquet becoming in focus, then showing the similar pedal texture of the back of the wedding dress, connecting the imagery of the flower with the bride. Both are pure, unblemished, and beautiful.

The transition between the girls and the guys: the girls getting ready and the guys drinking beer and smelling cologne.

We were thrilled to be a part of Matt and LeeAnn’s big day. From the gorgeous location, to the fun reception, and the heartfelt vows in between, we could sense the amazing love that Matt & LeeAnn have for each other.

The tears usually flow from parents as they see and remember their child grow up and see how happy they are in this moment of their adulthood.

After receiving home videos (VHS, DVD, USB, SD, or SDHC formats) from the bride and groom, I create a montage that can be played at the ceremony or reception. It shows the bride and groom growing up and then shows them together, creating a life summary that is very touching for parents and friends. Video of the best man with the groom and the maid of honor with the bride make this presentation especially sentimental.

The video material is required a minimum of 2 months before the ceremony is required to guarantee delivery date. Special circumstances can be discussed.

The song used for this example video is by Bebo Norman and is titled “A page is turned”.

Here are the lyrics:

(groom as toddler)
A page is turned by the wind to a boy in curly grin
With a world to conquer at the age of ten
But as history unfolds and the storybook is told
He finds salvation but not at the hands of man

And the God of second chance
Picked him up and He let him dance
Through a world that is not kind
And all this time, preparing him, the one
To hold him up when he comes undone
Beneath the storm, beneath the sun
And now a man, here you stand
Your day has come
(at this point in the reel, the older brother of the groom, the best man of the wedding, picks up the groom after he falls down a path. absolutely heart wrenching.)

(bride as toddler. You will notice her younger sister, who was the maid of honor, is in many of the home videos.)
A page is turned in this world to reveal a little girl
With a heart that’s bigger, as it is unfurled
By the language in her soul, that’s teaching her to grow
With a careful cover of love that will not fail

And the God of second chance
Picked her up and He let her dance
Through a world that isn’t kind
And all this time, preparing her the one
To hold her up when she comes undone
Beneath the storm, beneath the sun
And grown up tall, here you are
Your day has come

(The groom surprised the bride here by carving their initials into a tree. At this point they were already engaged and this location was where they took their engagement pictures.)
Beneath the air of autumn, she took him by his hand
And warm within the ardor, she took his heart instead
And high upon the mountain, he asked her for her hand
Just for her hand

A page is turned in this life, he’s making her his wife
And there is no secret to the source of this much life
When the grace that falls like rain is washing them again
Just a chance to somehow rise above this land

(this moment montage is comprised of similarities noticed throughout the home videos. First the bride is petting a kitten, then the groom is holding a kitten. The bride is feeding goats as a family activity, then the groom is also feeding goats with his family. The bride is eating…um….talking on a phone, then the groom is playing with a phone, as if they are talking to each other.
Then it is the bride’s christmas day and the groom on christmas.
They were both in weddings as children, a foreshadowing of their wedding day to each other.
These shots, mixed between bride and groom at similar moments, are intended to convey that they are led through life by God and only when they are married and see each other, that they realize how God has shaped them for that moment in their life and for their spouse.)

Where the God of second chance
Will pick them up and he’ll let them dance
Through a world that is not kind
And all this time, they’re sharing with the one
That holds them up when they come undone
Beneath the storm, beneath the sun
And once again, here you stand
And once again, here you stand
Your day has come
(The couple, joined by marriage, is walking through the field, intended to symbolize life.)
